Welcome to Unbanly (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of unbanly.com, our dashboard, monitoring tools, support system, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Unbanly.

1. Eligibility

To use Unbanly, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have the legal right to manage any social-media accounts you add
• Not use the Services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

2. Services Provided

Unbanly provides digital tools and assistance, including:

• Social media account monitoring
• Suspicious activity alerts and risk indicators
• Ban-risk analysis and recommendations
• Ticket-based support and consultation
• Assistance in unban processes via our network of specialists

Unbanly does not guarantee that:

• Your account will never be restricted or banned, or
• A banned or restricted account will always be restored.

We provide support services and best-effort assistance, not guaranteed outcomes.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring that your contact details (such as email) are valid and up to date

You agree not to:

• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services

4. Subscription and Billing

Unbanly operates on a recurring subscription model, processed via Paddle as our payment provider.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Your subscription will renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled
• You authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund past payments
• Refunds, when applicable, follow our posted Refund Policy

We may change our pricing in the future. If we do, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers in advance.

5. Use of Social-Media Accounts

When you add or connect a social-media account (such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.), you confirm that:

• You own or are authorized to manage that account
• You permit Unbanly to analyze activity and status related to that account
• We do not request or store your social-media passwords
• We rely on information you provide and/or publicly available data to offer our Services

Unbanly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, or any other social-media platform. All trademarks and platform names are the property of their respective owners.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Unbanly for:

• Illegal or unlawful activities
• Harassment, abuse, or targeted attacks
• Evading consequences of serious violations of platform rules
• Spamming, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
• Automated abuse (bots) that violate third-party terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is violating these Terms or harming our reputation, other users, or third parties.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to reduce risks and assist with unban processes, you acknowledge that:

• Social-media platforms retain full control over bans, restrictions, and enforcement
• We cannot guarantee the reinstatement of any banned or restricted account
• All assistance is provided on a best-effort basis

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, graphics, code, and other elements of the Services are owned by or licensed to Unbanly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or resell our Services
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use our branding without prior written permission

9. Modifications to the Service

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We may also temporarily or permanently discontinue parts of the Services. When reasonable, we will provide notice to active users.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful use
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or platform policy

You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless explicitly covered by our Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Unbanly is not liable for any decision or action taken by social-media platforms, including bans, restrictions, or content removal
• We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, business, or reputation related to your social-media accounts
• Our total liability for any claim in connection with the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim

You use the Services at your own risk.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate or interact with third-party providers, such as Paddle for payments or hosting/analytics providers. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for errors, outages, or disputes arising from third-party services.

13. Governing Law

Until Unbanly is officially registered in a specific jurisdiction, these Terms are intended to align with general international standards for digital services.

Once Unbanly is formally registered, the governing law and jurisdiction clauses may be updated to reflect the applicable country and its regulations.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. By continuing to use the Services after changes are published, you agree to the updated Terms.
